BLUEGRASS AVE issued ROW Large Area Block Permit for aerial cable placement

AT&T is planning an aerial cable placement along Bluegrass Ave (between Bicknell Ave, Taylor Blvd, Lynnhurst Ave and Stoltz Ct) with work scheduled from 6/8/2026 to 7/8/2026. Crews will access hand holes and pole lines, which could close a driving lane and sidewalk temporarily, and any aerial work over intersections will stop traffic for no more than five minutes at a time; the record notes no restoration will be needed and project manager Al Gruse is the contact.
