Caven Ave ROW Permit for Lumos Fiber Installation
Lumos Fiber (applicant Danielle Allen) is planning to bury new fiber-optic conduit along Caven Ave, McCrea Ln, Normie Ln, Jim Hawkins Dr, Harned Ave and several nearby streets in the City of Louisville, working within the public right-of-way.
