W WHITENEY AVE applied for ROW large-area block permit to place Lumos fiber

Lumos Fiber (applicant Danielle Allen) is planning to bury new fiber and install 1.25" HDPE conduit via directional boring along the ROW on W Whitney Ave, Warren Ave, Hathaway Ave, Carlisle Ave, Camden Ave, Beecher St, Henry Ave, Peck Ave, W Florence Ave, Cliff Ave, Center St, and S 8th St in Louisville. The project — pulling and splicing about 24,794 feet of cable — is scheduled May 3–31, 2026 with crews from Milenium working 8 AM–5 PM; crews say they’ll work one side and one section at a time, won’t continuously block driveways, will notify residents before brief closures, and can move vehicles on request.
