BLUEGRASS AVE ROW Large Area Block Permit issued for Lumos Fiber

Lumos Fiber (applicant Danielle Allen) is planning to bury new fiber conduit along Bluegrass Ave, Peachtree Ave, W Woodlawn Ave, Lehigh Ave, Henry Ave, S Rutland Ave, Cliff Ave, and Belleveu Ave using directional boring and 1.25" HDPE conduit, pulling and splicing roughly 13,827' of cable. Work performed by Milenium is scheduled from 4/15/2026 to 5/29/2026, weekdays from 8 AM–5 PM, with crews working one side of the road at a time. Crews say they’ll avoid blocking driveways when possible, will notify residents before short-term driveway interruptions, and can move vehicles on request.
