CAVEN AVE ROW Large Area Block Permit for Lumos fiber installation
Lumos Fiber (applicant Danielle Allen) is planning to bury new fiber conduit and place handholes along Caven Ave, Mc Crea Ln, Normie Ln, Jim Hawkins Dr and several nearby streets, installing roughly 19,882 feet of 1.25" HDPE conduit and pulling/splicing fiber. The work, performed by Milenium, is scheduled March 2–27, 2026 with requested hours of 8AM–5PM under a ROW large-area permit continuation. Crews say they’ll work one side of the road at a time, won’t continuously block driveways, and will notify residents and move vehicles on request for short driveway holds.
