VANGUARD DR ROW Large Area Block Permit issued for Lumos Fiber

Lumos Fiber (applicant Danielle Allen) is planning to place fiber underground along Vanguard Dr, Turnpike View Dr, Saturn Dr, Thor Ave, Titan Dr, Polaris Dr, Freedom Way, Grissom Way, Slayton Ct, Ranger Rd, Agena Dr and Orbit Ct, installing 1.25" HDPE conduit by directional boring and then pulling and splicing fiber for about 25,903 feet in the City of Louisville. Work performed by Millenium is scheduled February 2–20, 2026, weekdays 8 AM–5 PM; crews say they'll work one side of the road at a time, avoid continuously blocking driveways and will move vehicles if residents need access.
