SHINGO AVE ROW Large Area Block Permit issued for buried fiber

Lumos Fiber (applicant Danielle Allen) is planning to place buried fiber in the City of Louiseville right-of-way along Shingo Ave, Arling Ave, Arling Ct, Hazelwood Ave, Tracy Way, Friden Way, Rolling Ridge Rd, Lawrie Ln, Haskin Ave, Huntoon Ave, and Knight Rd. Milenium will perform directional boring of 1.25" HDPE conduit with pulling and splicing of fiber for about 19,936 feet between 12/29/2025 and 01/30/2026, working 8AM–5PM one side/one section at a time and notifying residents before briefly blocking driveways and moving vehicles on request.
