PINEWOOD RD applied for ROW Large Area Block Permit

AT&T is planning a fiber-optic network upgrade along Pinewood Rd with work scheduled from December 12, 2025 to January 12, 2026 under a right-of-way block permit. The project runs roughly between Robards Ln (north), Astor Rd (east), E Indian Trl (south) and Poplar Level Rd Hwy (west), and crews will place aerial cable via mobile truck-roll operations.
