PO BOX 186 ROW Large Area Block Permit issued for Lumos Fiber

Lumos Fiber, with applicant Danielle Allen (mailing address PO Box 186), has an issued right-of-way permit to bury new fiber in parts of the City of Louisville. Crews from Ledcor will directional-bore 1.25" HDPE conduit and pull and splice about 16,694 feet of fiber along Ward Ave, Green Willow Way, Old Harrods Creek Rd, Harrods Creek Ct, Booker Rd, Malcolm Ave, Lincoln Way, Plainview Ave, Church Ln, Robert Rd, Bellewood Rd and N Madison Ave from Dec. 1, 2025 to Jan. 30, 2026 during 8 AM–5 PM; the permit notes work will be done one side at a time, driveways won’t be continuously blocked, and crews will notify residents and move vehicles if access is needed.
