RUEBEL AVE AT&T ROW permit issued for access manholes splice work
AT&T will be accessing manholes on Ruebel Ave — between E Broadway, Baxter, E Breckinridge and Edward Streets — to perform splice work under project A05BTHW. The work runs 11/20/2025–12/20/2025 and may require a driving-lane closure (you might see crews and a temporary lane shift); no restoration is expected. Questions?
