W Hill Street ROW Large Area Block Permit to restore road

AT&T has applied for a large-area right-of-way permit to restore a stretch of W Hill St after placing conduit, with work scheduled from 11/13/2025 to 12/13/2025. The project covers the block bounded by W Magnolia Ave (north), S 2nd St (east), W Gaulbert (south) and S 4th St (west), will include two 5-by-1-foot, five 10-by-1-foot and one 1-by-10-foot asphalt street cuts, and may require curb lane, driving lane and sidewalk closures while crews restore the street per Louisville Metro guidelines.
