The project calls for excavation and a road closure with one asphalt street cut about 520' x 5' running from 797 E Breckinridge to 834 S Shelby, scheduled Aug. 30–Oct. 3, 2026; property owner Harris Latanja is listed and there are $525 in outstanding fees, so expect some digging and a short detour on that stretch.
