710 Lampton St encroachment permit issued

Louisville Water Company (applicant Kelli Starnes) has been issued an encroachment permit to excavate and make an asphalt street cut at 710 Lampton St. The work—a 520' x 5' cut from 710 to 711 Lampton St—is scheduled August 30 to October 3, 2026, will require a road closure, lists owner Evans Marshall, and shows $525 in outstanding fees.
