1466 S 12TH ST applied for Encroachment Permit
Applicant Nenah Smith with Schnabel Engineering filed an encroachment permit to drill five 12-inch borings in the asphalt at 1466 South 12th Street. The work is scheduled Aug. 24–28, 2026 and will require lane and road closures (no sidewalk closure or full street cuts are listed), so expect some traffic delays while crews are on site.
