911 BARRET AVE encroachment permit issued for 8/7-8/21/2026
MSD representative Marvin C. Smith has been issued an encroachment permit to excavate and cut a small concrete area (about 8' x 6') at 911 Barret Ave, a property owned by ACK Commercial Management LLC. The work is scheduled for August 7–21, 2026, will include lane and sidewalk closures with three no-parking signs, and shows outstanding fees totaling $480.25.
