1119 Audubon Pkwy applied for an encroachment permit for a 4' x 5' pavement cut

Louisville Water Company (applicant Chance Shely) has applied for an encroachment permit to cut pavement at 1119 Audubon Pkwy, a parcel owned by the Jim & Kathy Gardner Living Trust. The work is one 4' x 5' asphalt excavation on the north side of Audubon Parkway between 1119 and 1121, with planned lane and sidewalk closures scheduled between 08/02/2026 and 09/05/2026 and about five days of actual work expected—so expect crews and a few temporary detours while they’re on site.
