1922 Herr Ln encroachment permit submitted

Chris Lindsey of Yates Engineering Services has submitted an encroachment permit for 1922 Herr Ln on behalf of owner Bull Run Townhomes LLC. The work is scheduled for Aug. 10–17, 2026 and will require a lane closure on the asphalt street (no sidewalk or full road closure), and a state permit has already been issued. The record also notes that no Certificate of Occupancy will be issued until a Landscape Architect certifies the completed landscaping, so the greenery needs to be signed off before move-in.
