3800 Goldstein Lane encroachment permit submitted

Marvin C. Smith with MSD has submitted an encroachment permit to perform a single 5'x7' dirt cut and excavation at 3800 Goldstein Ln for owners Jerry R. and Betty J. Pettus. The work is scheduled from July 29 to August 12, 2026, will include a lane closure and two no-parking signs, and reads more like a short, targeted dig than a full street tear-up.
