701 S 42ND ST Encroachment Permit Issued
Louisville Water (applicant Brad Walter McBride) has been issued an encroachment permit to perform work at 701 S 42nd St for owner H3 Group LLC. The permit allows two 5x5 cuts through the asphalt/sidewalk with excavation, and calls for lane and sidewalk closures (plus six no-parking signs) between July 28 and August 21, 2026.
