200 ABRAHAM FLEXNER WAY Encroachment Permit Submitted

Kiewit Infrastructure South Co., represented by Markina Evdokimoff, has submitted an encroachment permit to cut four 12-inch cores in the asphalt at 200 Abraham Flexner Way, a property owned by the University of Louisville. The work is scheduled August 3–17, 2026, and will require lane and sidewalk closures (but not a full road closure), so expect some localized detours and sidewalk interruptions while the crew is on site.
