Kiewit Infrastructure South Co applicant Markina Evdokimoff has submitted an encroachment permit for work at 236 E Muhammad Ali Blvd on behalf of property owner UofL Health Louisville Inc. The project calls for eight 12-inch pavement cores and excavation between 200 Abraham Flexner Way and 236 E Muhammad Ali Blvd from August 3–17, 2026, with lane and sidewalk closures planned (no full road closure), so expect cones and crews in the area.
