110 E Broadway encroachment permit for pavement cuts 106–200 E Broadway

Markina Evdokimoff of Kiewit Infrastructure South Co. has applied for an encroachment permit to excavate and make multiple asphalt street cuts along the 100–200 block of East Broadway, including work at 110 E Broadway; the property owner is MVH Realty LLC. The project runs Aug. 3–17, 2026 and calls for five 12‑inch diameter core cuts between 106 E Broadway and 200 E Broadway, with lane and sidewalk closures (no full road closure), so expect some pedestrian and lane impacts during that window.
