205 N HITE AVE encroachment permit submitted
Marvin C. Smith with MSD has submitted an encroachment permit to perform an excavation and single street cut at 205 N Hite Ave, owned by Danielle Palmer. The plan calls for one 5' x 7' asphalt cut (about 7 feet long), a lane closure with three no-parking signs, and work is scheduled from July 23 to August 6, 2026.
