432 N 25TH ST Encroachment Permit Submitted
Marvin C. Smith with MSD has submitted an encroachment permit to excavate and make a single 5'x5' street cut in the asphalt at 432 N 25th St on property owned by Louisville & Jefferson County Landbank. The work is scheduled July 22–August 5, 2026, will require a lane closure and 12 no-parking signs, and looks like a targeted utility or maintenance dig rather than a full road rebuild.
