1420 W Jefferson St applied for curb cut encroachment permit

Murari LLC is applying for an encroachment curb cut at 1420 W Jefferson St — basically asking to create a new opening in the curb (think driveway access) onto the asphalt street. Work is slated to start 07/15/2026 and finish by 01/15/2027; the file notes no street cut is planned and inspections/permit issuance are still pending.
