1100 Ulrich Ave encroachment permit in progress
Louisville Water Company, represented by Kelli Starnes, has applied for an encroachment permit to do work affecting 1100 Ulrich Ave, which is owned by EDB Properties LLC. The permit covers excavation and two cuts—one pavement cut about 4 feet by 3,245 feet and a dirt cut 4 feet by 30 feet—with a lane closure planned between 806 Ulrich Ave and 1126 Ulrich Ave, scheduled from July 15 to August 29, 2026.
