119 W Main Street encroachment permit submitted

An encroachment permit has been submitted by Kimberly Schroer of OCM Engineering for work at 119 W Main St., owned by Louisville Jefferson County Metro Government. The record lists concrete pavement work with no street cut and no lane, sidewalk, or road closures, and it’s scheduled for July 16–31, 2026 with about three days of active work noted and a state permit already issued. Two notices say the building has individual landmark status, so UD written approval will be required before work can proceed.
