1801 Oregon Ave encroachment permit for dirt cut
Margaret King of Louisville Gas and Electric has applied for an encroachment permit to perform an excavation and one small dirt cut on behalf of owner MW Real Estate LLC at 1801 Oregon Ave. The work is planned July 16, 2026 to August 13, 2026, involves a single 3' x 5' dirt cut and will require a lane closure (no sidewalk or full road closure listed); the permit is currently in progress.
