9000 Fox Chase Rd encroachment permit issued
Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Derek Wilkins) has been issued an encroachment permit to make a dirt cut at 9000 Fox Chase Rd. The work for owner Heather Hitchcock is a single 4' x 117' dirt cut that will require a lane closure from July 10–31, 2026, and there’s $195 in outstanding fees on the permit.
