1409 Highland Ave encroachment permit submitted
Louisville Water Company has submitted an encroachment permit to excavate in the street at 1409 Highland Ave for owner Meyer Martin P. The permit calls for one 4' x 5' asphalt cut extending to 1411 Highland Ave, is scheduled July 12–August 1, 2026, and notes a road closure will be in place (no lane or sidewalk closures listed).
