1298 Browns Ln encroachment permit in progress
Applicant Sarah Sennet of 7NT Engineering has filed for an encroachment permit at 1298 Browns Ln on behalf of the City of Saint Matthews. The work is an excavation in a grass area and will require a lane closure (no road or sidewalk closure) from July 10, 2026 to September 11, 2026 — roughly nine weeks — and no state permit is listed yet.
