Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Derek Wilkins) has been issued an encroachment permit to do work at 1126 Ulrich Ave on property owned by Swaminarayan Realty LLC. The project runs July 2–30, 2026, will include a lane closure but no street cuts or excavation (pavement left intact), and the record shows an outstanding fee of $260.
