1119 E Kentucky St applied for encroachment permit

Kelli Starnes of Louisville Water Company has applied for an encroachment permit to excavate and make one pavement cut (about 4' x 5') affecting 1119 E Kentucky St — the cut runs from 1109 E Kentucky St to 1119 E Kentucky St. The project, listed as in progress and owned by Laura Spaulding LLC, will require lane and sidewalk closures (no full road closure) and is scheduled from July 5, 2026 through August 1, 2026.
