2128 Edgeland Ave encroachment permit for lane closure
Louisville Water Company is planning a lead service replacement at 2128 Edgeland Ave for the LARJ Revocable Trust and has an encroachment permit in place. Expect a temporary lane closure with one 4' x 5' pavement cut in the eastbound parking lane between Bardstown Road and Everett Avenue from about June 21 to July 18, 2026 — the road will be plated and reopened at the end of each shift, Southern Pipeline Construction is the contractor, Joseph Sloan is the project manager, and resident notifications were sent on June 12.
