1531 W Main St encroachment permit requested for Trailblazer sign

Rueff Signs (applicant Julie Meredith) wants to install a freestanding "Trailblazer" pole sign in the grassy strip next to the sidewalk by 1531 W Main St on a parcel owned by The Story Corporation Of Louisville. The pole will be buried in the ground, the sidewalk may be closed for up to an hour with signs to guide pedestrians, and the crew plans to clean debris and re-sod any disturbed grass as part of a restoration plan. Work is scheduled to begin on 06/26/2026.
