15920 WIBBLE HILL RD encroachment permit issued for new residential driveway

Jesse Henderson (owner Jesse Daniel Henderson) has been issued an encroachment permit to cut a curb and create a driveway for a new residence at 15920 Wibble Hill Rd. The driveway will be asphalt; within the right-of-way it must be a hard, durable surface no wider than 20 feet (outside the right-of-way it can be up to half the lot’s width) and it must lead to a garage or the rear yard, with work scheduled from June 11 to December 11, 2026.
