LG Land & Capital LLC has been issued an encroachment permit to construct a new curb cut serving 1415–1425 S 10th St. The plans were approved by S. Graber and work is scheduled to run from June 10, 2026, through December 10, 2026, so expect formalized street access — not just a makeshift driveway.
