3621 Southern Ave encroachment permit for gas service installation
Louisville Gas & Electric Company plans a modest dig on Southern Avenue, closing the westbound curb lane near 3621 Southern Ave to perform a single 3' x 5' asphalt cut and install a new gas service. The excavation is scheduled June 12–July 10, 2026, will be restored under Louisville Metro Public Works restoration policy, and the owner of record is Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government.
