1744 Shady Ln encroachment permit for lane and sidewalk closure

Louisville Water Company is planning a lead service-line replacement at 1744 Shady Lane (owner: Vanderlip Maxwell) under an encroachment permit that includes one 4' x 5' pavement cut in the right lane between Norris Place and Hartman Avenue and temporary lane and sidewalk closures — the road will be plated and reopened at the end of work shifts. Work runs 06/21/2026–07/18/2026, will be done by Southern Pipeline Construction Co.
