2321 Brighton Dr Encroachment Permit Issued for sidewalk closure

Louisville Water Company is doing a lead service-line replacement at 2321 Brighton Drive (owner: Christine M. Felts) and has an encroachment permit to close the sidewalk between Kipling Way and Spencer Ave. Work is scheduled roughly 6/21/2026–7/25/2026, includes one 4' x 5' concrete cut on the south side, will be restored per LMPW utility policy, and is managed by Joseph Sloan with contractor Basham Construction; residents were notified on 6/10/2026.
