200 York St Encroachment Permit Issued

Louisville Water Company is doing a lead service-line replacement at 200 York St for owner Reily Brands LLC under an encroachment permit. Crews from Basham Construction will make one small pavement cut (about 4' x 5') on the south side between S 3rd and S 2nd and will close a lane while they work — the road will be plated and reopened at the end of each shift, with restoration per LMPW utility policy.
