310@Nulu is repainting the exteriors of Buildings 1 and 2 at 533 E Liberty St, Unit 100 — owner is 310 Nulu Partners BMF I LLC. The work (power washing, cement board replacement, and painting) will use an 85' boom lift and requires curb lane and sidewalk closures on E. Jefferson St between S. Jackson and S. Hancock St with company MUTCD signs; any damaged sidewalk slabs will be fully replaced, work runs from June 15, 2026 to July 3, 2026, and Cesar Rodriguez with BDL Painting is the contractor.
