310 S Hancock St 111 encroachment permit for curb lane and sidewalk closures
310@Nulu is applying to close the curb lane and sidewalk in front of 310 S Hancock St, Unit 111 (owner: 310 Nulu Partners BMF I LLC) so crews can set up an 85-foot straight boom lift for façade work. Contractor BDL Painting will do power washing, cement-board replacement, and painting between June 15 and July 4, 2026, and any sidewalk damage will be repaired by replacing full slabs.
