900 S Shelby St Encroachment Permit for water main replacement; road closed

Louisville Water Company is planning a water main replacement that will affect 900 S Shelby St (owned by Do Something LLC) on East Breckinridge at South Shelby, between S Clay Street and Logan Street. The encroachment permit covers one pavement cut (about 5' x 56'); the road will be closed during work shifts but plated and reopened at the end of each shift, work runs 06/15/2026–07/04/2026, Basham Construction is the contractor, Jacob Clark is the project manager, restoration will follow LMPW utility policy, and residents were notified on 06/08/2026.
