344 S 42ND ST encroachment permit issued for gas service and curb lane closure

Louisville Gas & Electric Company is set to install a gas service at 344 S 42nd St, a property owned by the 344 S 42nd St Land Trust. The issued encroachment permit lets LGE work on S 42nd Street between Herman St and Larkwood Ave with a southbound curb‑lane closure, six No Parking signs, and on‑site service work (no pavement cuts to be restored), scheduled June 12–July 10, 2026.
