1112 ZANE ST Encroachment Permit for curb lane closure and dirt cut
Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Derek Wilkins) is set to do a bit of underground electrical work on Zane Street between S 12th Street and the dead end and has approval to close the westbound curb lane. At 1112 Zane St they’ll perform one 3' x 5' dirt cut to install underground electrical lines, with cuts restored under the LMPW restoration policy; the property is owned by LAD Enterprises LLC and the work is scheduled roughly June 12–July 10, 2026 (project engineer Jeff Arnold is listed as a contact).
