916 Shelby Pkwy encroachment permit for pole work and lane/sidewalk closures

Louisville Gas & Electric Company, working on property owned by Sig Properties LLC, plans utility work on Shelby Parkway between Dandridge Avenue and Logan Street with activity at 916 Shelby Pkwy. They’ll close the eastbound curb lane and the southernmost sidewalk while crews replace six poles, with line transfers and pole removals coordinated through the National Joint Utilities Notification System; the project is scheduled from June 9 to July 7, 2026 (about four weeks) and work has not yet started.
