3001 Chamberlain Ln encroachment permit for fiber optic placement
Team Fishel, on behalf of Fiber AssetCo LLC DBA Zayo (formerly Crown Castle), plans to place fiber near 3001 Chamberlain Ln on property owned by Ford Motor Co World Headquarters. Crews will directional-bore roughly 83 feet of new 2-inch HDPE duct with fiber, install two handholes, and relocate an existing underground slack loop, with a temporary shoulder and eastbound lane closure expected between July 20 and August 2, 2026—restoration plans are included with the application.
