1800 SHERWOOD AVE encroachment permit issued for lane closure and pavement cut

Louisville Water Company is doing a lead service replacement at 1800 Sherwood Ave (owner: Charles Francis Rodriguez) and has an encroachment permit to cut one 4' x 5' patch on the eastbound side of Sherwood between Norris Pl and Fernwood Ave. Work runs from 06/21/2026 to 07/18/2026 with temporary road closures that will be plated and reopened at the end of each shift, restoration per LMPW utility policy, contractor Basham Construction, and Project Manager Joseph Sloan; resident notification letters were sent on 06/04/2026.
