5806 Jerry Ln Encroachment curb cut to widen driveway into a circular driveway
David Bellido Luege has applied for an encroachment permit to widen the existing driveway into a circular driveway at 5806 Jerry Ln. The asphalt work (starting 06/03/2026) will involve the right-of-way and must follow rules: ROW width can’t exceed 20 feet, the circular portion must be 10–20 feet wide with a minimum 15-foot radius from the end of the ROW, and the driveway must lead to the rear yard or garage.
